Licenses of PDF Converter Elite purchased online at www.pdfconverter.com can be returned up to 90 days after purchase for a full refund on the price of the electronic license and (if applicable) the CD media. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping cost for any mailed or couriered CD media.

To request your refund, please email us at with the following information:

• Name on credit card used to purchase the license
• Sales Order Number
• Date purchased

Typically, we are able to process the refund within 2 weeks after the request is received. You will be refunded in the same manner in which you purchased the license(s).
