Setting Password

Note:  Adding a new password disables the Undo function.

1. On the Create tab, in the Create group, click the Set Password button .

2. Input master/user password in the appropriate textboxes.

3. Select the level of encryption.

4. Choose the permissions you wish to disallow from the standard and the advanced permissions set.

Note:  The advanced permissions are enabled only for the 128-bit level of encryption.

5. Click Ok.

Removing Password

Note:  Remove Password button is enabled only for password protected documents. Password removal will disable the Undo function.

1. On the Create tab, in the Create group, click the Remove Password button .

2. Input master/user password in the appropriate textboxes.

3. Click Ok.
